At TopLane Chauffeur, we strive to provide a reliable and professional service experience. Please review our refund terms carefully before confirming your booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
A full refund, excluding any applicable processing fee, will be issued for cancellations requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled date and time of service.
A 50% refund, excluding any applicable processing fee, will be issued for cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of service.
No refund will be issued for cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of service.
No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.
Promotional Bookings
Bookings made under any special promotion, discount, or offer are non-cancellable, non-reschedulable, and non-refundable, unless approved otherwise at the sole discretion of TopLane Chauffeur.
Service Disruptions and Force Majeure
TopLane Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel or modify services in the event of force majeure, unforeseen events, government restrictions, severe weather, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, the company may offer either:
a refund, or
a service credit,
as deemed appropriate based on the circumstances.
Processing Fees
Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, or transaction processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
